OVER Over the past 24 hours Slovenia has tested 1,439 persons for coronavirus and 36 of them are positive, 15 more than the day before, and there have been no deaths, the government tweeted on Wednesday.

Twenty people are currently hospitalised for COVID-19 but none are in intensive care. According to the Health Ministry, there are 419 active cases of the infection.

Since the start of the epidemic, 152,144 persons have been tested for the virus and in 2,722 cases they were confirmed as positive. The death toll is 133.
