THE CROATIAN Coronavirus Task Force reported 71 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, and the total number of active cases in Croatia amounts to 754. One person died.

"In the last 24 hours, there have been 71 new coronavirus cases, and the total number of active cases in Croatia amounts to 754. One person died, a male born in 1941. The total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic is 141," said Health Minister Beros.

132 people are being treated in hospitals, and 8 of them are on a respirator.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case of infection was recorded in Croatia, a total of 4,993 people have been infected. 115,772 people have been tested so far, with 1,632 having been tested in the last 24 hours.
