THE NUMBER of new coronavirus infections in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Monday dropped sharply again, to 127, this however is owing to the fact that much fewer tests are conducted on weekends. Eleven new fatalities were reported as well.
Of the 127 new cases, 90 were reported in the Republika Srpska entity, 35 in the Federation entity, and two in Brcko District.
A total of 779 people were tested for the virus in the Federation, and 718 in Republika Srpska.
In the past 24 hours, nine patients have died in the Federation entity and two in Republika Srpska.
Since the start of the epidemic in the country more than 18,000 people have contracted the disease and 537 have died.
